QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree in Psychology Social Work, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in a mental health or direct care setting is preferred, particularly with individuals facing behavioral health or substance abuse challenges.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, reliable, and ability to manage stressful situations effectively. Basic proficiency in documentation systems.
  • Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and crisis intervention training (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
