Benevolent Family Services is dedicated to providing Mental Health services for adults facing serious mental
illnesses. Our mission is to empower individuals through compassionate and comprehensive support, enabling positive change in their lives and within the community.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree in Psychology Social Work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Experience in a mental health or direct care setting is preferred, particularly with individuals facing behavioral health or substance abuse challenges.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, reliable, and ability to manage stressful situations effectively. Basic proficiency in documentation systems.
• Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and crisis intervention training (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Your work will focus on developing essential daily living skills, fostering independence, and providing compassionate care to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
