We are currently hiring Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are passionate about empowering individuals to lead fulfilling, independent lives. About the Role: As a Direct Support Staff, you will provide essential care, companionship, and support to residents with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. You’ll accompany residents throughout their day—from daily routines and medical appointments to recreational and community-based activities—ensuring their health, safety, and dignity. This role is more than just caregiving; it's about building meaningful relationships, promoting independence, and creating a positive impact in someone’s life every single day. Key Responsibilities: Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Administer prescribed medications and track health conditions under the supervision of a licensed nurse Prepare meals based on dietary plans and restrictions from the assigned dietitian Provide safe transportation to day programs, work programs, family visits, and community events Facilitate recreational, therapeutic, and social activities to enrich clients' lives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment for residents Accurately document services, incidents, medications, and daily care logs Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and clinical teams Commit to working part time: Monday- Friday 5am to 9 am for 20 hours per week Why Join Our Team?
