Growth opportunities Be part of a global leader in manufacturing Primary Activities/Duties: Ensure labor and materials are available to meet production schedules and customer demand. Oversee the assembly and packaging of products to meet quality standards and customer specifications. Achieve and exceed targets for quality, productivity, uptime, on-time delivery, and cost. Perform work content at every station per work instruction and takt time as needed. Maintain a clean, organized work environment following 5S principles. Lead and coordinate cross-training of assembly line workers; maintain and update training matrix. Track daily attendance and complete timekeeping documentation accurately. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using the Rittal Production System (RPS). Collaborate with internal departments such as Quality, Engineering, and Planning to resolve production issues. Interface with internal suppliers (e.g., paint, fabrication) to ensure smooth workflow. Actively contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements. Foster a positive workplace culture through active engagement with peers, supervisors, and management. Knowledge & Experience: High school diploma or GED strongly preferred. Prior experience in assembly operations required; leadership experience preferred. Familiarity with basic 5S and lean manufacturing concepts. Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking.
