  • Act as the go-to expert for sales teams and clients, explaining complex payment integrations clearly and effectively
  • Manage client integration projects, ensuring timelines, compliance, and client satisfaction are achieved
  • Oversee and update processes, documentation, and compliance requirements (including Card Association standards)
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance for both business and technical requirements
  • Represent the team in strategic projects, compliance mandates, and product launches
  • Identify risks and ensure proactive communication with internal stakeholders and clients
