Notre client, Planiform, recherche une personne d’expérience, stratégique et rigoureuse et orientée vers la satisfaction de la clientèle pour diriger la production dans son établissement à Terrebonne et l’installation des équipements et des solutions chez les clients.
Planiform conçoit et installe des systèmes de robotique et de convoyeurs automatisés à la fine pointe de la technologie pour les centres de distribution de détaillants de mode à l’international. Propulsée par l’innovation, l’intelligence artificielle et un solide investissement en R&D, l’équipe façonne l’avenir de la logistique mondiale.

VOTRE PARCOURS

• Baccalauréat en ingénierie;
• 10 années d’expérience pertinente à titre de gestionnaire de projet et/ou directeur dans un environnement manufacturier ou dans un rôle similaire;
• Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais), à l’oral comme à l’écrit;
• Connaissance de systèmes ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central);
• Compréhension approfondie de tous les aspects liés aux achats (y compris les conditions de paiement, l’importation, le dédouanement, le SH (Système harmonisé), les Incoterms, etc.);
• Sens des affaires, orientés vers les résultats et déterminés dans l’atteinte des objectifs;
• Réflexes stratégiques, fortes compétences en négociation et forte capacité à prendre de décision dans des situations complexes;
• Leadership mobilisateur avec de grandes habiletés relationnelles (People-oriented) et capacité à diriger des équipes multidisciplinaires;
• Capacité à travailler sous pression, à résoudre des problèmes efficacement et à diriger avec assurance;
• Esprit analytique et sens aiguisé de la planification;
• Capacité à développer et à maintenir des relations d’affaires;

Our client, Planiform, is looking for an experienced, strategic, and rigorous individual with a focus on customer satisfaction to manage production at its Terrebonne facility and the installation of equipment and solutions at customer sites.
Planiform designs and installs state-of-the-art robotic and automated conveyor systems for international fashion retailers’ distribution centres. Driven by innovation, artificial intelligence, and significant investment in R&D, the team is shaping the future of global logistics.

YOUR SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience as a project manager and/or director in a manufacturing environment or similar role;
• Fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written;
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central);
• Thorough understanding of all aspects of purchasing (including payment terms, importation, customs clearance, HS (Harmonized System), Incoterms, etc.);
• Business-minded, results-oriented, and determined to achieve objectives;
• Strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and ability to make decisions in complex situations;
• Motivational leadership with strong interpersonal skills (people-oriented) and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams;
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems effectively, and lead with confidence;
• Analytical mind and keen sense of planning;

• Develop and support the project management team to meet deadlines, optimize deliverables, and apply best management practices.
• Manage production plant operations efficiently, ensuring safety and quality of work, with the support of the plant supervisor and production planner;
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the installation of equipment and solutions on time and within budget.
• Oversee purchasing to ensure strategic procurement aligned with production and project needs;
• Actively participate in strategic decisions with the president and management team and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
