We are seeking a skilled Real Estate director to oversee and manage the operations of the field of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management (min 5 years) and communication.

• Proven experience in property management or real estate (5 years minimum).

• Demonstrates initiative.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluid in french and english communication.
• Autonomous in transport (must have a car).

• Ensure supervision of our real estate portfolio (15 buildings) and oversee operations.
• Oversee and supervise outside job contractors.
• Oversee rental process.
• Oversee leasing process.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, chief of operations, and suppliers.
• Handle administrative tasks related to property management.
