Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute P&C strategies aligned with the firm’s goals and values
  • Oversee Campus and Experienced talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  • Lead compensation strategy and implementation, including salary reviews, equity analysis and job evaluations.
  • Optimize HR technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Consult and educate HR liason Partners on P&C principles and guidelines: current and future state.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to address organizational and departmental development needs.
  • Support initiatives related to change management, culture, leadership, team development, and employee experience.
  • Foster a positive work environment through open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and P&C policies.
  • Coach, mentor and develop the P&C team
