  • 5 years of experience in a related field;
  • Bilingual (English / French) - professional language;
  • Good knowledge of computer systems;
  • Experience in training and staff development;

Responsibilities
  • Through a strong and constant presence in the store, the store manager validates that the service offered to each of his customers is a memorable shopping experience.
  • Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities of the branch through sound time management. He works with his Work Plan that his Territory Manager will have established with him;
  • Coordinates and organizes the daily work of his team through positive leadership and constant and clear communication during the morning meeting;
  • By conducting monthly evaluations of each of its sales persons, it sets realistic and ambitious sales targets and monitors them. Whit the sales person, he establishes a SMART action plan that will allow the development of the sales person;
  • With clear and positive communication, he constantly communicates with his assistants to maximize the impact in the different departments of the store;
  • His constant presence on the sales floor allows him to validate the quality of customer service offered to his clientele.
  • Participates and validates that all team members take good care of the store in order to maintain Corbeil’s standards.
  • Validates and carries out various operational tasks such as depots or others. Ensures that he has all the equipment necessary for the smooth running of his business;
  • Seeks continuous improvement of its team by maintaining an active quality recruitment process;
  • Ensures that his team is aware of any changes at both the promotional and marketing levels. Validates that cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Ensures that Corbeil’s operating standards and methods are known and respected by all employees ;
  • Implements all the recommendations of the district managers of Corbeil ;
  • Contributes to enrich the Corbeil formula by participating in meetings and giving his point of view;
  • Participates in training offered by Corbeil and suppliers;
