Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily branch operations in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Lead, train, and supervise internal sales, counter sales, and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and handling.
  • Ensure a high level of service is maintained daily across all branch operations.
  • Develop and manage key business relationships.
  • Identify new product and business opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Plan and organize branch activities to achieve sales, operating profit, and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers.
