Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through lead generation and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with product marketing and the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead campaigns that target different stages of the buyer’s journey, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Brand Management:
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence in the B2B market, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, sales collateral, and customer success stories.
  • Ensure the company’s value proposition resonates with target industries and key decision-makers.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing:
  • Develop and manage inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop lead nurturing campaigns and improve the sales funnel.
  • Use data analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, including digital marketers, content creators, graphic designers, and analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that drives innovation and results.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for the marketing department.
  • Product Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the marketing of new and existing products aligns with customer needs and market demand.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company’s offerings in the market.
  • Support the sales team with tools, presentations, and content to drive successful product launches.
  • Digital & Content Marketing:
  • Oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Ensure high-quality content production that aligns with the company’s messaging and provides value to prospects and clients.
  • Optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to improve the efficiency of digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration with Sales:
  • Align marketing and sales initiatives to ensure a cohesive strategy across departments.
  • Regularly collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and adapt marketing strategies to better support sales goals.
  • Ensure the marketing team is delivering high-quality leads and supporting the sales pipeline.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data).
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
