Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze the organization and document its business, processes and systems, assessing the integration model with technology. It helps guide the company in improving processes, products, services and software through the analysis of retail and distribution systems.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • In collaboration with the VP HR, supports the deployment of the human resources strategy, ensuring consistency with business objectives.
  • Fosters alignment between all divisions by designing strategies that support employee engagement, recognition, and motivation and positions the company as an employer of choice
  • Leads organizational change initiatives to embed a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability across all locations.
  • Manages the attraction and recruitment process for both retail and corporate positions, actively participating in the recruitment and onboarding of all corporate roles
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
  • Develops relationships and supports business partners in areas including employee engagement, training & development, compensation & benefits, and performance
  • Provides support and guidance to employees on Human Resources related matters
  • Supports and delivers company-wide projects such as employee engagement initiatives, training initiatives, roll out/updates of new policies, etc.
  • Leads health and safety improvement projects in collaboration with managers and in compliance with CNESST requirements.
  • Manages all occupational injury files (temporary assignments, contestations, medical assessments, etc.) and disability files.
  • Manages the annual performance appraisal process, including the launch of a new process and talent calibration process
  • Leads the revision of our training programs, ensuring a through understanding of training needs by role and launch of new programs, as needed
  • Leads the development of our recognition programs, ensuring strategies that provides valuable feedback to further connect our people to the company and its strategic plan
  • Actively listens to employee feedback to inform strategies that improve employee satisfaction, performance, and retention.
  • Leads and coaches HR team members
