Drive Human Capital digital transformation through technology, automation and AI-enabled capabilities Ensure compliance with employment legislation, governance standards and regulatory requirements, while maintaining effective employee relations and engagement with social partners Coordinate the continued evolution of the Bank's culture and values as a strategic competitive differentiator. Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification (Master's degree preferred) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Qualifications in Change Management or Organisational Development will be an added advantage. Minimum of 12 years' progressive Human Capital experience with proven executive leadership experience leading a Human Capital function within financial services or a similarly complex regulated environment. Strong understanding of emerging workforce trends, including artificial intelligence (AI), automation, digital skills, and their impact on workforce planning, capability development, and organisational design. Demonstrated experience leading organisational transformation, digital workforce enablement and enterprise-wide culture change. Exposure to multinational organisations with matrix reporting and collaboration across multiple jurisdictions. Professional Human Resources certification will be an added advantage.
