Seleccionamos Director/a de Seguridad, Salud y Medioambiente Tu misión en Zoetis: Garantizar un lugar de trabajo seguro y saludable y una operación industrial ambientalmente conforme y resiliente. Implementar eficazmente las políticas corporativas de Zoetis, cumpliendo todos los requisitos legales y reglamentarios aplicables, y reduciendo de forma sostenible los riesgos, los incidentes y los impactos. Funciones: Definir, desplegar y sostener la estrategia, los objetivos y los programas de EHS del sitio, en línea con las prioridades del SLT, los estándares corporativos y todos los requisitos regulatorios aplicables. Liderar el Sistema Integrado de Gestión de EHS, asegurando una planificación eficaz, competencias, controles operacionales, auditorías, CAPA y revisión por la dirección. Garantizar el pleno cumplimiento ambiental (permisos/licencias, obligaciones legales/corporativas, documentación), incluyendo una gestión robusta de residuos, emisiones/aspectos e impacto en agua/vertidos. Mantener la preparación y liderar la respuesta ante incidentes de EHS (incluidos eventos ambientales como derrames), impulsando el análisis de causa raíz, acciones correctivas/preventivas y el aprendizaje sostenido. Desarrollar y supervisar un sólido programa de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional que cubra identificación de peligros, evaluación de riesgos, controles, permisos de trabajo y formación; impulsar la mejora continua del desempeño en EHS. Colaborar con los responsables de área para asegurar que equipos e instalaciones cumplan los requisitos legales y corporativos, e impulsar las modificaciones necesarias para proteger a los empleados y los activos de la empresa. Establecer una gestión eficaz de productos químicos y materiales peligrosos. Definir requisitos de EHS para contratistas y terceros, y liderar/coordinar la Gestión del Cambio para asegurar que los riesgos de EHS se evalúen y controlen antes de implementar cambios. Planificar y ejecutar auditorías internas y coordinar inspecciones/auditorías (incluidas autoridades ambientales y de GMP), asegurando el cierre oportuno de hallazgos y el aseguramiento continuo del cumplimiento. Liderar, desarrollar y formar (coach) al equipo de EHS y a la red más amplia de responsables de área, fortaleciendo la cultura de EHS, la rendición de cuentas y el compromiso mediante programas y herramientas corporativas. Proporcionar reporting de gobernanza al Site Leadership Team (KPIs, tendencias, principales riesgos, estado de cumplimiento, planes de acción y necesidades de recursos). Supervisar los estándares de seguridad física del sitio, la mitigación de riesgos, la coordinación de incidentes y los sistemas de seguridad; y ser responsable de la gobernanza del BCP, evaluación de vulnerabilidades, respuesta, pruebas y reporting. Gestionar el presupuesto de EHS (y los presupuestos de Seguridad/BCP si aplica), planificar recursos y justificar inversiones en función de la reducción de riesgos, el cumplimiento y el valor operativo. ¿Qué aspectos valoraremos de tu candidatura? Titulación universitaria en Seguridad y Salud Laboral (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales), Medio Ambiente, Ingeniería Industrial o equivalente. Sólida experiencia en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional y competencia demostrable en gestión y cumplimiento ambiental (p. ej., OSHA, ISO). Auditoría de sistemas de gestión. Identificación de riesgos (ergonomía, protección contra incendios, gestión de seguridad de contratistas, otros) y de peligros (p. ej., seguridad de productos químicos, otros). Conocimiento de los requisitos del sitio en EH&S y Seguridad. Fluidez en catalán y en español y/o inglés. Más de 6–10 años de experiencia en gestión de EH&S y Seguridad, en entorno industrial. Cumplimiento ambiental (permisos, residuos, efluentes/emisiones, inspecciones…). Investigación de incidentes y liderazgo de CAPA. Sólidas capacidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos. Pensamiento analítico y capacidad de resolución de problemas. Planificación estratégica y habilidades organizativas. Conocimiento profundo de normativa y mejores prácticas en EH&S y Seguridad. Comunicación clara a todos los niveles. Alto nivel de integridad y conducta ética. Fuerte sentido de responsabilidad y rendición de cuentas. Enfoque proactivo y adaptabilidad al cambio. We are hiring a Director of Safety, Health and Environment. Your mission: Ensure a safe and healthy workplace and an environmentally compliant and resilient industrial operation. Effectively deploy Zoetis corporate policies, meeting all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and sustainably reducing risks, incidents and impacts Role: Define, deploy, and sustain the site EHS strategy, objectives, and programs in line with SLT priorities, corporate standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements. Lead the integrated EHS Management System, ensuring effective planning, competency, operational controls, auditing, CAPA, and management review. Ensure full environmental compliance (permits/licenses, legal/corporate obligations, documentation), including robust management of waste, emissions/aspects, and water/effluents. Maintain readiness for and lead response to EHS incidents (including environmental events such as spills), driving root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and sustained learning. Develop and oversee a strong Occupational Health & Safety program covering hazard identification, risk assessment, controls, permit-to-work, and training; drive continuous improvement in EHS performance. Partner with area owners to ensure equipment and facilities meet legal and corporate requirements, and drive required modifications to protect employees and company assets. Establish effective chemical and hazardous materials management Set EHS requirements for contractors and third parties, and lead/coordinate Change Management to ensure EHS risks are assessed and controlled before changes are implemented. Plan and execute internal audits and coordinate inspections/audits (including environmental and GMP authorities), ensuring timely closure of findings and ongoing compliance assurance. Lead, develop, and coach the EHS team and the wider network of area owners, strengthening EHS culture, accountability, and engagement through programs and corporate tools. Provide governance reporting to the Site Leadership Team (KPIs, trends, top risks, compliance status, action plans, and resource needs). Oversee site security standards, risk mitigation, incident coordination, and security systems; and own BCP governance, vulnerability assessment, response, testing, and reporting. Manage the EHS budget (and Security/BCP budgets if applicable), plan resources, and justify investments based on risk reduction, compliance, and operational value Requirements: University degree in Occupational Health, Environmental, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Strong background in Occupational Health and Safety and demonstrable competence in environmental management and compliance (e.g., OSHA, ISOs). Management systems auditing Identification of risks (ergonomics, fire protection, contractor safety management, others) and hazards (e.g., chemicals safety, others). Knowledge of the Site requirements on EH&S and Security. Fluent in Catalan and in/or Spanish and English. 6-10+ years of experience in EH&S and Security management, in industrial environment.
