This position will report directly to our Vice President of Finance and work closely with the Door Group Finance team and business leaders.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis, as well as several years of experience within a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated track record of employing IFRS (international financial reporting standards).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications especially Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools, accounting software, and platforms such as ERP systems, JD Edwards, and Hyperion are preferred.
  • Previous experience working cross-functionally and with decentralized finance teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • High level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize projects under tight time deadlines.
Responsibilities

You will play an integral role ensuring the financial health and strategic direction by diving into the financial data, identifying potential risks and uncovering opportunities for enhancing performance and growth.
