How You Will Make an Impact: As the Director of Accounts Receivable, you will be the driving force behind optimizing our revenue cycle operations. Leading a high performing AR team, you will take ownership of KPIs to ensure financial health and efficiency. Your analytical expertise will help identify trends, resolve challenges, and implement proactive strategies to maximize collections while minimizing bad debt exposure. Your leadership will be instrumental in streamlining processes, enhancing cash flow and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

• Leadership & Strategy – Lead, mentor, and develop the AR team to ensure high performance engagement. Establish and monitor AR policies, procedures, and controls.
• Performance Management – Track, analyze, and own AR KPIs, including DSO, AR > 90, denials, and bad debt percentages. Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement within the AR function. Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding AR.
• Collections & Risk Management- Maximize collections while maintaining strong patient and payor relationships. Minimize bad debt exposure through proactive risk assessment and resolution strategies. Oversee and approve discount adjustments, ensuring compliance and control.
• Vendor & Compliance Management- Manage AR vendors. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
