JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Accounts Receivable leads the staffing, processes, and systems to ensure timely and accurate collection of all customer payments. This role will also drive cash flow improvement by implementing and enforcing effective policies and processes to ensure diligent and aggressive monitoring, reporting, collections, escalations, and dispute resolution.

  • K – General contractor experience is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or other related degree
  • 3+ years of director-level leadership experience overseeing large teams of managers and supervisors
  • Experience in technology platforms for reporting, dashboards, and data management
  • Experience in running a customer-service-oriented function
  • Ability to process and analyze operational outputs, as well as develop metrics for measuring throughput, accuracy, and quality
  • Prior experience in accounting, process improvement, metrics development, and organizational improvement
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Intermediate Excel skills
