Victoria Manor, a 166-bed municipal long-term care home proudly operated in partnership with Sienna Senior Living, is seeking a Director/Administrator to provide strategic and operational leadership.
As a key member of the City of Kawartha Lakes’ Senior Leadership Team, you’ll oversee all aspects of the Home’s operations—driving excellence in resident-centered care, fostering a collaborative culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building strong community partnerships.
What you bring:
✅ Advanced degree in Business, Social Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field
✅ Senior leadership experience in municipal, healthcare, long-term care, or non-profit sectors
✅ Long-Term Care Home Administration Certificate (or ability to obtain within 24 months)
✅ Strong skills in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and financial stewardship
