Responsibilities

As the Director, Advisory Quality Management you will champion quality as a strategic driver of BDO’s success for the Advisory service line.

This role will include:

  • Quality Assurance : Developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure that services meet established standards.
  • Risk Management : Identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Compliance : Ensuring that services comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Continuous Improvement : Monitoring performance and implementing improvements to enhance service quality and reduce risks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Quality Management team for BDO’s Advisory service line.
  • Design and implement fit-for-purpose quality policies, procedures, processes, and resources.
  • Ensure staff are provided with appropriate software tools, technical manuals, guidance materials, learning and technical support to perform engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interpret the findings, deficiencies and related root causes from internal and external monitoring and information-gathering processes.
