Strategic Agile Framework & Practices Development: Leads the continuous evolution and professionalization of the FI Agile Operating Model, aligning with organizational objectives and leveraging industry best practices, SAFe principles, and comprehensive measurement frameworks (e.g., EPIC efficiency, cycle time, value delivery) Executive Leadership & Advisory: Acts as the primary strategic partner to FI Leadership, offering executive coaching, shaping agile adoption strategies, and driving alignment with organizational vision while demonstrating the value of mature agile principles in decision-making Organizational Change Management: Drives large-scale change initiatives to deepen agile adoption, leads continuous upskilling through strategic learning programs, and supports leadership in fostering agile behaviors and organizational transformation across global stakeholders Agile Innovation & Thought Leadership: Integrates emerging trends, industry best practices, and external insights into actionable strategies through research, external partnerships, and community engagement to maintain an outside-in perspective Capability Building & Mentorship: Strengthens internal agile coaching capabilities, enhances training programs, and mentors leaders to foster a culture focused on agile principles, mindset development, and transformation success Operational Support & Transformational Execution: Ensures quality and consistency in agile practices by providing operational support during critical transformation phases, facilitating agile ceremonies, and addressing gaps to maintain momentum during transitions Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or related field Professional agile certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent advanced certifications and advanced knowledge of multiple agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model, etc.) 10+ years of relevant working experience in agile transformation, organizational development, or strategic change management Demonstrated experience leading large-scale agile transformations in complex, multi-national organizations Proven track record in developing and implementing organizational operating models Strong analytical background with experience in developing and implementing measurement systems and KPIs Experience in executive advisory roles with demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership decisions Experience in digital transformation and technology-driven organizational change We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
