During a Typical Day You’ll: During a Typical Day You’ll: · Define and execute the AI software development strategy aligned with TTEC's business objectives and customer experience vision · Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams focused on AI agent development and GenAI applications · Establish technical standards, best practices, and architectural frameworks for AI/ML application development · Drive innovation roadmap for AI-powered solutions including intelligent agents, conversational AI, and automation platforms · Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities that deliver measurable business value · Manage portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery timelines · Lead architecture and design reviews for complex AI systems · Contribute code and provide technical guidance · Design and architect enterprise-grade AI agent frameworks and GenAI platforms · Establish DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines · Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and compliance · Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement · Establish metrics and KPIs to measure development velocity and impact · Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration · Ensure robust monitoring and operational excellence for production AI systems What You Bring to the Role: · Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field · 10+ years of software development experience with senior technical leadership · 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development, including 2+ years in GenAI and LLMs · Expertise in AI agent development and autonomous decision-making · Proficiency in Python and at least two of: Golang, .NET/C#, Java · Experience with GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) · Knowledge of ML/AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG architectures) · Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) · Familiarity with development tools (Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, agile platforms) · Proven ability to build and scale engineering teams · Strong business acumen and stakeholder management · Experience managing technical budgets and resource planning What You Can Expect: · An annual incentive program · Medical, dental, and vision · Tax-advantaged health care accounts · Financial and income protection benefits · Paid time off (PTO) and wellness time off · Tuition reimbursement and access to thousands of free online courses Visit TTEC Benefits for U.S. Employees | TTEC for more information.
