The Microsoft Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays a critical role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving rigor to accelerate business results for Microsoft and its customers. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.    We're looking to hire a Director, Americas Go-to-Market Management (GTMM), Services to develop and drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for the Americas Services business.  Microsoft Services is our singular offering that spans Consulting and Support, and helps customers realize the value of their Microsoft technology investments through engaging Microsoft architects to drive strategy, design, implementation, onboarding, and optimization of their solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with the Worldwide Services to develop and implement the product offering roadmap and continue to evolve the Services catalog, as well as ensure the business has a clear value proposition to enable sales and delivery. If you are a highly driven, motivated marketing or sales enablement individual, come join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team.
