In addition, they oversee the preparation of technical illustrations, design procedures, graphics, photography, and other printing. Manages the work of graphic illustrators and the use of outside graphic services. Reviews bids, arranges purchase orders, and evaluates the quality of vendor service. Works with marketing to implement new design and projects. Ensures accurate representation of company logo and brand name. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred. Experience: 15 years of work experience; 12 years of related experience is required.
