QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Demonstrated success in product launches, entering new market segments and brand development
  • Strong experience in cost management and leading efficiency initiatives
  • Experience in home appliances and electronic products is advantageousExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director / Assistant Director / Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives across all platforms – digital and non-digital – for the launch of new products.
In this role, you will drive market adoption, revenue growth and brand awareness for our pipeline of new products. You will act as a hands-on HOD, providing both strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure successful go-to-market execution, leveraging deep customer insight and market analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for new product launches across all stages – from concept to commercialisation
  • Define and communicate clear product value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development and the overall roadmap
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align marketing strategies with corporate objectives
  • Ensure the adoption of best practices and maintain a forward-looking, data-driven approach
  • Own the go-to-market strategy, including launch planning, channel strategy, pricing, packaging and demand generation
  • Partner strategically with Product, Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure alignment and successful product rollouts
  • Ensure seamless marketing execution and brand consistencySet, monitor and report on KPIs to measure marketing impact and optimise performance using data-driven insights.
