What You’ll Do;
As our Director, B2B Corporate Sales, you’ll shape the future of our corporate sales function, connecting Canada’s most iconic lifestyle and sport retail brands with organizations nationwide.
In this senior leadership role, you’ll own the end-to-end B2B strategy across our banners, Golf Town, Team Town, and Sporting Life. From identifying new opportunities and crafting tailored solutions to ensuring seamless execution and strong margin performance, you’ll lead it all.
You’ll also guide a high-impact team, including the General Managers of Corporate Sales for each banner, plus a national network of sales and support talent. Your leadership will drive alignment between our retail strengths and the evolving needs of corporate, team, and institutional clients.

  • Build and scale a high-performing team and design a competitive, equitable compensation program aligned with business growth.
  • Define and execute the long-term vision for corporate B2B sales aligned with company-wide growth objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential market segments and develop tailored offerings for sectors such as hospitality, sports organizations, schools, and event clients.
  • Establish and monitor sales targets, gross margin goals, and operational KPIs.
  • Guide cross-functional teams, including sales reps, planners, and category managers, to drive performance across B2B programs.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, agility, and customer focus.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with high-value corporate clients, institutional buyers, and third-party partners.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for major accounts and high-profile opportunities, providing leadership in negotiations and solution design.
  • Represent the business at trade shows, industry events, and senior-level engagements.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of B2B product assortments, ensuring alignment with margin, velocity, and brand standards.
  • Support the evolution of GT Promotions and online ordering platforms, including digital marketing strategy and client onboarding tools.
  • Drive innovation in bulk ordering, custom programs, and corporate product bundles.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for the B2B business unit.

What You’ll Bring;

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or retail enterprise development.
  • Experience managing P&L responsibility, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong track record of growing revenue through corporate and institutional channels.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Adept at leading through influence across matrixed organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and promotional sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and financial reporting tools.
