In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, management, and implementation of cross-functional transformation and modernization initiatives within the CTO area. You will operate at the strategic interface between business units and IT, translating complex, company-wide requirements into a future-proof target operating model and ensuring that processes, roles, and interfaces are optimally aligned.

In this role, you will coordinate interdisciplinary teams from IT, business analysis, and architecture, drive the further development of key cooperation and process models, and create a strong internal and external partner network. With your expertise and consulting skills, you will identify optimization potential and ensure that key corporate initiatives are implemented efficiently, sustainably, and in the best interests of the entire bank.
