Our client, IPT Global, is a Houston-based technology company at the forefront of Well Assurance Software and Services.
In line with ambitious plans for expansion across the UK, Norway, and the wider Eastern Hemisphere, they are now hiring a Director – Barrier Assurance.
This newly created role will be their first staff employee in the UK / Norway and offers aunique opportunity to lead regional growth for a global Well Assurance Technology innovator.
The role requires a varied mix of strategic leadership, business development, technical, operational delivery, and client interfacing skills. Based in either Aberdeen or Stavanger, the role will suit a technically credible leader ready to make a meaningful impact.

• Establish and lead operational delivery across the Eastern Hemisphere
• Drive business development: identify and convert opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and represent IPT at key industry events
• Lead technical delivery across software solutions, project delivery and client engagement
• Act as a regional subject matter expert for drilling, completions, P&A, and well intervention
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the IPT Global team
• Build, lead, and mentor a growing team as the business scales
• Ensuring a high level of quality, safety and environmental performance
