JOB SUMMARY
The Director, Employee Benefits is responsible for overseeing implementation and administration of the company’s employee benefits programs. This role ensures that all benefits offerings are competitive, compliant with legal requirements, are aligned with the company’s overall strategic goal, and optimize the cost-effectiveness of the company’s benefit programs. This role works in partnership with the CHRO and provides recommendations on benefit program strategy and will manage the Leaves of Absence and Benefit Teams.
