JOB SUMMARY

The Director, Employee Benefits is responsible for overseeing implementation and administration of the company’s employee benefits programs. This role ensures that all benefits offerings are competitive, compliant with legal requirements, are aligned with the company’s overall strategic goal, and optimize the cost-effectiveness of the company’s benefit programs. This role works in partnership with the CHRO and provides recommendations on benefit program strategy and will manage the Leaves of Absence and Benefit Teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in HR, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent experience7+ years
  • ' experience managing, administering and communicating health, welfare and retirement plans and programs
  • Merger and acquisition
  • Global benefits, specifically Canada, India and Mexico
  • Proven track record of successfully managing shifting deadlines and priorities
  • Demonstrated skills in problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment
  • Manage a team of 4+ employees
  • Preferred certifications include: CEBS, CBS, PHR, SHRM-PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
  • Multi-state, multi-site location experience preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems, Oracle HCM a plusProficient with Microsoft Office suite
