Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership for the team, including hiring, performance appraisals, goal setting and compensation reviews as well as leadership and coaching
  • Accountable to develop, recommend, implement and continuously assess OpenText’s O2C policies, processes and practices, including those from acquired companies to deliver on the Billings strategy
  • Accountable to lead a team and deliver best in class governance, reporting and analytic capabilities to support your peers, leader and executives in enabling effective business decisions
  • Lead reporting cycles, including forecasting, reviews, metrics and corporate reporting
  • Build relationships and liaise with key stakeholders to improve processes for reporting and continuous improvement (Accounting, AR, Sales, IT, PS and Audit)
  • Responsible for maintaining SOX documentation and effectively communicating necessary updates
  • Partner with senior leaders on improving Billing metrics, report and track ELT KPI’S through accurate and effective reporting and analytics
  • Accountable to deliver on complex audit requirements, internal and external reporting and reviews with all key stakeholders
  • Identify risks and opportunities during each quarter and work with functional leads to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
  • Understand and explain variance drivers within the function (SLA)
  • Assist with M activities and perform ad hoc analysis as needed
