This role demands a forward-thinking professional capable of shaping brand narratives, driving engagement, and enhancing organizational visibility across all channels. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute a unified brand marketing vision that strengthens market presence and supports long-term business goals. LinkedIn & Personal Branding: Develop and manage strategic campaigns that enhance leadership visibility and brand reputation through compelling content and storytelling on LinkedIn and other professional platforms. Integrated Brand Management: Oversee brand initiatives across digital, social, print, and offline channels, ensuring consistency in tone, identity, and messaging. AI-Driven Marketing: Utilize modern AI tools for creative ideation, brand storytelling, and campaign optimization. Innovate with prompt engineering and AI-assisted branding to elevate marketing outcomes. Creative & Communication Oversight: Direct the development of messaging frameworks, creative assets, and content strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, and leadership teams to ensure brand alignment and seamless campaign execution. Performance Insights: Analyze brand performance metrics and audience engagement to inform data-backed improvements and strategic decisions. What Makes You a Great Fit 10+ years of proven experience in brand marketing, with hands-on leadership in both digital and offline strategies. Expertise in LinkedIn and personal branding, capable of building strong thought leadership identities. Strong knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) and their practical applications in marketing and creative strategy. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
