JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Broadcast & Video Production is responsible for providing strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in producing and delivering high-quality live broadcasts, video board content, and creative media in support of the institution’s athletics programs and major campus events. This role oversees all aspects of video board productions, live streaming, and multimedia storytelling to engage fans, enhance the game-day experience, and expand the reach of athletic programs across digital platforms. The Director supervises production staff and student employees, manages technical operations, and ensures content aligns with institutional brand standards and compliance requirements.
Responsible for setting employee and/or group goals, deciding on the organizational structure to meet the goals, assessing employee and/or group performance, providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent, related experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of supervisory knowledge

PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in related discipline or equivalent, related experience
