WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM?

We are looking for an experienced finance professional with several years of experience in operations business controlling and proven experience in the production and supply chain environment of consumer goods or similar. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding and practical competence of production and logistics performance drivers & measure metrics and curiosity for process and productivity improvement. You have experience on developing and executing strategies alongside the operations management of factory or similar production unit. You have demonstrated the ability to drive progress, initiatives, and performance over both long-term and short-term period. You are experienced in steering business with S&OP processes.
You have successfully led operations or finance teams in a multi-delivery unit setup. You foster a respectful and motivating environment, encouraging your team to achieve their goals. Effective stakeholder management is essential for this role. You are proactive and confident in addressing challenges and negotiating when necessary. At the same time, you have ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration. With your solid analytical and mathematical skills, you can analyse complex and potentially conflicting information, allowing you to solve problems effectively. You are skilled at planning and prioritizing your work to align with organizational goals and meet commitments.
You have experience on SAP and MES environment, and you are comfortable working hands on with BI tools and excel. You have a university degree in e.g. industrial management, business, economics, accounting. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required, and knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
