We’re looking for a Director, Business Controlling to join our global team on a fixed-term contract, starting at the latest in December for about 10 months.
As a core member of the Business Control Leadership Team in a publicly listed company, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our financial future. You’ll lead the development and execution of group-wide financial planning, rolling forecasting, and management reporting, providing the insights necessary for sound decision-making and sustained financial health. This role involves close collaboration with the SVP, Business Control, and leading our Group Business Controlling and Group Functions’ Controlling teams.

EDUCATION

• Master’s level degree in business, economics or other relevant field of study.

EXPERIENCE

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in business controlling or finance process development.

• Leads the monthly financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and management reporting for the Kalmar Group, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements, principles, and timetables
• Leads analyses of monthly performance, interprets results, and prepares commentary for top management and Board of Directors
• Leads strategic development of business controlling processes and management reporting
• Key user and responsible for reporting tools supporting business reporting and forecasting (HFM, Adaptive)
• Inspires and leads a team of finance professionals, ensuring accurate, on-time, and improving controlling activities
• All work is conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, controls, and legal requirements
