Lead by example in business development, providing clear direction, reports, and follow-ups. Foster collaboration with technical teams to maximize client solutions and profitability. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of direct sales experience, preferably in aviation, aircraft sales, or financial services. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in dynamic, competitive markets. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage complex, confidential, and time-sensitive situations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and other relevant tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong customer focus.
