JOB SCOPE :-

1. Develop and implement both short- and long-term business development plans in collaboration with the Headquarter’s Chemical Business.
2. Business development in the ASEAN and South Asia regions to explore opportunities for growth and expansion of chemical products.
3. Work closely with the headquarters to manage and oversee the planning and activities related to oleo chemicals.
4. Cultivate strong relationships with countries in Asia and explore new opportunities for existing products.
   Requirement :
5. Minimum 15 years’ experience in the Chemical Industry
6. Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background
7. Strong professional experience in business development
8. Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is required to facilitate effective communication and collaboration to Japan Headquarter as well as cross-functional team
9. Good interpersonal skills and experience to work in multi-countries
