Your Team The Corporate Super team is part of CFS’s Corporate Super & Strategic Partnerships business unit, accountable for managing and growing key corporate superannuation relationships. This role and the team play an important part in the success of CFS’s strategic priorities. You will report to the Executive Director, Corporate Super & Strategic Partnerships. Your Responsibilities Lead business development efforts including pitching, tender applications, and building relationships with external partners to position CFS Corporate Super prominently in the market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and advisers while developing a pipeline of new opportunities in collaboration with the Corporate Super team. Create pitch packs and tender proposals with internal teams, and deliver client education using clear, jargon-free communication tailored to audience knowledge levels. Represent CFS at industry events, maintain accurate opportunity tracking in CRM, and act as a visible market presence to support growth and engagement. Work collaboratively across CFS business units to align with client priorities, support retention initiatives, and uphold the standards outlined in the Code of Conduct. Your Capability and Experience Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in Financial Services, with strong knowledge of superannuation, platforms (Master Trusts & Wraps), and current legislation. Demonstrated success in driving results through employer and member engagement, with strong influencing skills and the ability to build networks across sectors. Skilled in engaging with C-suite and senior stakeholders, applying effective sales methodologies and maintaining high standards of client service. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to educate diverse audiences and work collaboratively across teams. RG146 certified, highly organised, prioritises effectively, and consistently upholds teamwork and ethical conduct.
