POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of PACE Business Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight for business operational activities to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing complex systems, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and driving initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational excellence. The Franciscan Senior Health & Wellness PACE program’s vision is to provide unmatched, individualized, and joyful care through teamwork that is worthy of praise so that seniors experience the best quality-of-life in their communities. PACE offers seniors and their families the care, nutrition, rehabilitation, transportation, and supportive services they need to remain healthy so that they can live in their own home.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related - Required
• 5 years Administration of healthcare or Medicare/Medicaid insurance - Required
• 7 years Administration of healthcare or Medicare/Medicaid insurance - Preferred
• 1 year work in a program serving frail/elderly population - Required
• 3 years work in a program serving frail/elderly population - Preferred
