About the Role: This position sits in the Business Intelligence Team who drives and supports Canberra Health Services’ business areas with operational and strategic performance and planning. The Director of Business Relationships leads and coordinates Canberra Health Services cross-directorate engagement on data and government business matters. The role supports the Senior Director to ensure that Canberra Health Services meets its obligations to Government, the Legislative Assembly, and partner ACT Public Service Directorates through high-quality, accurate, and timely information. The position provides strategic oversight and operational coordination of government business processes involving data, including Statement of Performance reporting, Budget processes, Questions on Notice, committee hearings, Executive and Ministerial briefings, and whole-of-government information requests. The role also supports media and public communications by coordinating data and evidence-based responses. The Director acts as the primary interface between the Decision Support Unit - Business Intelligence Unit and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between operational data, governance requirements, and Government priorities.
