As Director, Business Segment Manager (m/f/d), you carry strategic responsibility for our site in Hadamar-Steinbach. You manage commercial and technical topics with entrepreneurial foresight and actively shape the future of Motec with your leadership experience and innovative strength. In doing so, you combine operational excellence with a clear understanding of market requirements and sustainable business development.

  • Strategic leadership of the Hadamar-Steinbach site and development of growth strategies in alignment with corporate objectives
  • Supporting executive management in building a diverse and high-performing organization. Talent management, development, and retention of employees within the Motec organization (and beyond)
  • Direct responsibility for Business Development, Product Management, and R&D teams while overseeing day-to-day operations and all business areas to ensure operational excellence
  • Accountability for profit and loss (P&L), budget planning, and strategic resource and talent developmen
  • Driving technological innovation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Representing the company to customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders
  • Strategic planning of budgets, resources, and talent development
  • Leading M&A activities to strengthen market position and support expansion
  • Ensuring compliance with ESG standards and corporate governance policies
  • Acting with fiduciary responsibility and transparency in all business decision
