Director, Business Systems & Process Transformation – Americas Location: Gainesville, GA | Job Type: Full-time | Reports to: President & CEO / Regional Leadership About the Role IMS Gear is looking for a strategic, operationally minded leader to drive business process transformation and ERP modernization across our Americas operations. As Director, Business Systems & Process Transformation, you will serve as the primary business lead for our SAP S/4HANA implementation while strengthening regional IT operations and cross-functional process alignment across U.S. and Mexico facilities. What You'll Do * Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation for the Americas – from requirements through go-live and stabilization * Harmonize and standardize end-to-end business processes across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Logistics * Partner with plant and functional leadership to define “to-be” processes and drive adoption * Manage project governance, implementation partners, timelines, and executive reporting * Provide leadership and direction to the Americas regional IT function * Champion change management, communication, and training efforts across all organizational levels What You'll Bring * 7+ years leading ERP, business systems, or operational transformation in manufacturing environments * Experience supporting or leading SAP ERP implementations (S/4HANA preferred) * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes – supply chain, production, logistics, and finance * Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive organizational change * Automotive or industrial manufacturing experience a plus * Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred Why IMS Gear * High-visibility, high-impact role with direct access to senior leadership * Lead a marquee transformation initiative across a growing Americas region * Competitive salary, full benefits, and a collaborative global team IMS Gear is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
