WHO WE ARE

When it comes to health, we’re always looking for ways to push for better. It’s why we were founded in the first place. In 1957, our founder, pharmacist William Wilkinson, witnessed a mother sacrifice her health by forgoing her own medicine to pay for her sick daughter’s prescription. He knew there had to be a better way. So, he introduced North America’s first prepaid drug plan, and GreenShield was born as a not-for-profit with a mission to support better health for all Canadians.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on CRM, ERP, or enterprise systems.Proven track record of implementing and managing enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Workday in complex environments.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

• Deep understanding of CRM and ERP systems architecture, integration, and customization.
• Familiarity with modern technologies such as API integrations, data analytics platforms, and workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge of best practices in IT governance, compliance, and security.

LEADERSHIP AND SOFT SKILLS

• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and coaching abilities, with a focus on creating a high-performance culture.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.

In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of critical business systems, including Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Workday (ERP). Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Architecture, you will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and other functions to enable scalable, efficient, and forward-looking technology solutions.
