Job Description About the role As a Director Capital Markets, you will play a pivotal role in executing investment transactions and advising clients on strategic decisions. You will manage transactions across multiple assets. This position offers an opportunity to combine analytical rigor with commercial insight, positioning you as a trusted advisor in the Belgian real estate market. Business Development: Build and nurture client relationships, identify new opportunities, and position yourself as a trusted advisor and emerging leader within the market. Transaction Management: Take ownership of investment transactions, with a primary focus on mid- to large-scale and complex deals across various asset classes, ensuring efficient execution and value creation. Client Advisory: Advise clients confidently on pricing, marketing, negotiation, and transaction strategy. Introduce process improvements to enhance client experience and optimize deal outcomes. Reporting & Presentations: Lead client presentations and prepare investment reports, delivering insights that combine commercial acumen with innovative problem-solving approaches. Collaboration: Work proactively with internal teams (agency, valuation, research) to streamline workflows and deliver integrated solutions. Qualifications Experience and Real Estate Market Expertise: + 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment advisory or real estate transactions in Belgium Networking and Interpersonal Skills: ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders. Education : Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field Commercial skill : tenacity and drive to seek new business. Negotiation Skills: able to negotiate effectively in complex deals. Financial Analysis: a thorough understanding of the financial aspects of real estate transactions, including financial analysis, investment valuation, and deal structuring.
