The Director of Capital, Planning and Construction has multiple enterprise areas of oversight to Include Enterprise Capital, Real Estate, Design & Construction, to include Master Planning,. The Director will report out to the Finance & Real Estate Committee of the Board of Directors, seeking committee approval for system capital as well as updates on projects their progress and the budgets, and schedules for them. Represents UC Health in the community in a variety of settings to include but not limited to critical government departments and agencies, regulatory agencies, and other various local enterprise collaboratives.
Responsibilities
The Director of Capital, Planning and Construction oversees multiple enterprise areas including Capital, Real Estate, Design, and Construction. They report to the Finance & Real Estate Committee of the Board of Directors and represent UC Health in various community settings.
