Our client, a Rehab facility in the Tallahassee, FL area, has a need for a Director of Case Management to join their team. Candidates MUST have leadership experience and MUST have three years of hospital-based Case Management experience, including Utilization Review and Discharge Planning experience. Only open to case management experience from acute care, inpatient rehabs and LTACHs only (will not consider SNF, assisted living, home health, insurance, etc unless it’s in combination with mostly hospital based experience).
