More about our team As the Director of Case Management, you will guide and support a multidisciplinary team responsible for quality management, performance improvement, and effective resource utilization. You will design, implement, and evaluate clinical systems that reduce length of stay, manage costs, and enhance patient outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with physicians, nursing, administration, and hospital departments to strengthen care coordination and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. How you’ll contribute A Director of Case Management who excels in this role: * Reviews medical records and identifies cases needing follow‑up * Collects and organizes data for committee review * Uses sound judgment in case referrals * Leads and promotes effective case management practices * Evaluates program performance and implements improvements * Collaborates professionally with physicians, staff, and administration * Guides hospital‑wide initiatives in resource management and patient flow * Oversees assigned projects and represents the department as needed * Maintains confidentiality in all quality review activities * Educates staff on case management and quality concepts * Supports and develops case managers through orientation and ongoing training   What we’re looking for Applicants should bring strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, along with: * Current Arkansas RN license * 4–5 years of acute care experience * Knowledge of regulatory standards, performance improvement, and case management * Management/leadership training and strong computer skills * Ability to analyze data, understand cost/quality trends, and lead change initiatives   Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
