We are looking for a Director, Category and Sourcing Execution who will provide strategic leadership in in developing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide procurement agreements for common categories of goods and services aligned with government priorities.
This position will focus on advancing category management strategies to maximize value, reduce procurement duplication across the Ontario Public Service (OPS), Broader Public Sector (BPS), OPS, BPS, and public sector stakeholders, and identify opportunities for new category development.
In this pivotal role, you will focus on expanding stakeholder engagement to improve service levels and drive innovation in public sector service delivery as well as lead the provision of end-to-end supply chain advisory services to ministries, agencies, and broader public sector partners, streamlining procurement and supply chain processes to enable the timely acquisition of goods and services, maximize value for money, enhance operational efficiency, and support transformational government priorities.
