The mission of our Sales Strategic Planning and Operations (SSPO) function is to drive efficient revenue growth and product adoption by integrating the business with Meta’s monetization priorities and transforming our organization into a data-driven entity. Meta is seeking a dynamic, experienced Director to lead our Central SSPO function. This leader will manage a globally dispersed team responsible for setting strategic direction, designing, scaling, and optimizing internal processes, programs, and frameworks that increase the efficiency, accountability, and effectiveness of our Sales organization.Key responsibilities include setting the vision for the central function and leading teams responsible for the operations of Cross-Channel Ads Sales, Cross-Channel Enterprise Sales, and Global Programs and Incentives. The Director will partner closely with Product leaders, Data Science, Sales leaders, core cross-functional and Regional teams, to surface insights, ensure processes evolve with business needs, and integrate with internal tools and priorities such as sales goals, segmentation and service models, reporting, incentive programs, and more.This leader is a proven systems-level thinker with experience developing and driving operational strategy, building and scaling existing processes, ideating and implementing new approaches to sales operations, and executing flawlessly from end to end. Above all, this Director must be an impactful organizational leader who can communicate a shared vision with cross-functional leadership and teams, develop a high-performing team, and ensure the business delivers measurable results at scale.
