We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and hands-on Channel Sales Director to spearhead channel origination and growth across the APJ region—covering ANZ, ASEAN, India. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building and expanding channel ecosystems, identifying new partnership opportunities, and driving regional go-to-market initiatives in alignment with sales leadership.
The ideal candidate is a hunter at heart—proactive, action-oriented, and capable of developing and executing regional channel strategies that fuel revenue growth through new partner acquisition, activation, and enablement. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to influence, lead change, and deliver results through a blend of strategic vision and operational execution. This position has a team of 3 direct reports.

HERE’S A CLOSER LOOK AT THIS KEY ROLE:

  • Drive channel origination and partner acquisition strategy across APJ with a strong focus on identifying and onboarding net-new partners and enabling current partners aligned with LogicMonitor’s growth goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic channel plans in collaboration with regional sales leaders and the global channel team.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team, ensuring alignment to key performance metrics and fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Act as a hands-on leader, actively engaging with partners and the internal sales team to accelerate joint GTM execution, sales enablement, and pipeline generation.
  • Serve as a regional evangelist for the LogicMonitor platform at industry events, executive briefings, and partner-facing activities.
  • Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to track performance, build accurate forecasts, and ensure visibility into partner activities and pipeline health.
  • Champion the use of Value Selling and other modern sales methodologies to drive consistency and scalability in the sales process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to support partners and deliver a seamless experience to end customers.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 5 years in channel development and partner management across APJ (specifically Australia, Singapore and India)
  • Proven track record of building successful channel ecosystems and exceeding revenue targets through new partner origination.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a deep understanding of the APJ technology and channel landscape.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Salesforce and enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling).
