Role Overview: The Director, Chief of Staff to the EVP, Chief Communications, Marketing & Advocacy Officer, serves as a trusted advisor and strategic right hand, supporting them in optimizing productivity, communications, workflow, and project prioritization across a complex and high-impact portfolio.
The Chief of Staff ensures the efficient execution of cross-functional priorities, connects information and people across the organization, and enables the team to operate at maximum effectiveness. This role is not responsible for managing departmental workstreams but instead ensures alignment, focus, and seamless collaboration across the six teams. It is ideal for a highly strategic, organized collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at both macro-level planning and detail-oriented execution.
As a key member of the Chief Communications, Marketing & Advocacy Officer’s leadership team, the Chief of Staff ensures focus, cohesion, and alignment across one of the organization’s most externally facing and strategically significant projects.
