What the day will look like To deliver technical excellence (learning and operational) in all aspects of large claims services activities for Commercial Risk in Singapore, including engagement of Commercial Risk Claims Advocacy for Clients where applicable. Role / Duties: Supporting key client relationships with a focus on post-incident claims management and all related service undertakings. Providing strategic claims management leadership for all complex and or contentious client claims Delivering excellent technical advice and claims services to both external and internal clients. Maintaining strong relationships with key/large clients. Day to day functions of the role include: Large/contentious/technical claims processing and negotiations with clients, insurers and reinsurers, adjusters, and technical consultants Providing timely management reports on Singapore large claims Any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time. Skills and experience that will lead to success Diploma/Degree holder or ACII/AAII qualifications and equivalent preferred; BCP / CGI / PGI or relevant insurance qualification; 15+ years of experience in Property & Casualty claims Possess good interpersonal and communications skills; Detail oriented, organized and focused. Able to see tasks through to completion.
