Job Description Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results. The incumbent will be part of VCA geographic team cluster of Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand (SMT) markets, and will report to the Head of VCA Singapore. The team is involved in a comprehensive range of consulting services and solutions to our clients, that address unique challenges in areas such as strategic growth, profitability, risk management, digital strategy, and data-driven portfolio management decisions. If you like to use a fact-based, data-driven solutions to solve for business problems that deliver value and enable Singapore clients to win more business, you should apply.projects concurrently What a Director does at Visa: As a VCA Director in Singapore, you will be leading VCA engagements in the market. In this role, you are expected to: Use Visa and external data to analyze client needs and identify opportunities for consulting assignments with Visa’s key clients Develop project pitches and secure new Consulting assignments with clients, as well as re-engagements opportunities via a consultative sales approach Deliver Consulting projects. Resolve complex strategic problems. Synthesize and manage complex project structures when required. Manage, facilitate, and implement consulting services and meet client's business targets (assignment objectives, project scope, budget, paperwork, external consultants' supervision and project delivery) Cultivate relationship with Visa’s clients and partners - Issuers, Acquirers, and Merchants & Fintech firms, by being strategically focused, optimize client performance and implement recommendations in customer life cycle management, new product development and launches Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk etc. Develop propositions by closely working with Client Relationship Managers, promoting the solutions with external clients and, executing and delivering the consulting engagement to clients Enable growth and improve profitability across our clients’ payment business through portfolio management and segment expansion Support the VCA Singapore team in managing strategy, reporting and operations This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Over 10 years of consulting experience gained within either a consulting firm, or an in-house strategy function of a financial institution Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and transformation programs at large banks, with clear ability to deliver outcomes Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients and Visa Highly collaborative nature with experience working with geographically distributed teams Connect data streams to create clear narratives, guide development of storyboards, templates, and visuals Draft proposals, lead pitches, and collaborate with partners Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently Visa is an EEO Employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
